Certificates/Affidavits

Our firm will provide and sign a written certificate stating whether a deviation from the standard of care has occurred, without the commitment of being retained as an expert witness.

Additionally, we are available to review records to screen potential cases for merit and identify case strengths and/or weaknesses. We  also provide verbal consultation to attorneys, and when applicable, help the attorney create a certificate outlining the merits of the case.
